B. ORDER PLACEMENT

Q1. How do I place an order?

  1. Select the product you wish to buy.
  2. Choose your Model from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click “Add to Cart” after selecting the quantity.
  4. A slide-in window will show your order total. Click “Checkout” to enter payment and delivery details.

Q2. How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code on the shipping page after filling in your customer information.

Q3. What happens after I place my order?

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched.
  • You’ll get a tracking ID to monitor your order’s delivery status.

Each order is shipped to a single address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Our delivery service will make three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, it will be returned to our store.
